  Did not have a good experience. Only reason I am rating a 2 is because I really liked the veterinarian herself. Older woman. When I first arrived, the lobby seats were ALL covered in pet hair. First turn off. As I’m waiting in the lobby, another customer comes in and the front desk staff do not acknowledge this women until they are finished with their non-work related conversation. When I was taken to a room, I waited 20 minutes before a tech entered. Imagine waiting that long with a scared dog and wild baby who wants to crawl around but it’s too dirty. A tech literally barged in the room, scaring us, sweating profusely and almost out of breathe. Didn’t say hello or his name, only “Is this *my dogs name*?”. Then says he will take my dog back to do some tests and I ask to NOT have her nails clipped for free. She then comes back WITH clipped nails. When I go to pay, I see that they gave my dog a rabies vaccine when she was up to date for two more years. I got refunded for the vaccine. I will not be back.

  First of all, let me say that I feel very comfortable with Dr. Cathy Harrington. It’s almost like talking to an old friend. Her waiting area is clean and rooms are also. I’ve had a chance to see the kennels too and they are so much better than others I’ve seen before with other Veterinarians kennels. She diagnosed my dog and helped me so much and the cost was certainly affordable as I’m on a tight income these days. My dog wouldn’t stop itching and she asked all the right questions and all I had to say “yes, he does that. He does that too. Yep, does that also.” It’s like Dr. Cathy Harrington knew my dog already in the first five minutes. She gave me a treatment plan that including meds and other things I can do for Riley, my itching like crazy dog. It’s been a week now and WOW! I think I’ve seen him scratch himself twice in the last two days which is rare for him. He seems to feel really good also with lots of energy. One vet had told me to try Benadryl everyday but it didn’t seem to work and he didn’t seem to have energy. Thank you Dr Cathy Harrington! I’ll be coming back for as long as Riley can.
